Experience: 4 years relevant experience agency or in-house
Location: Hybrid – Tues/Wed in DUMBO Brooklyn Office
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience

As a UX/UI Designer at thelab, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experience for B2B/B2C clients across responsive web platforms. You will collaborate closely with insights, creative, and technology teams to create design systems, websites, thoughtful content, and more to enhance user satisfaction and help brands evolve.
